Summary: This was a great hike. My brother and I took the dog, he loved it. No one else was on the trail. This is the beginning of the Black Creek Trail system. The trail winds next to the Black Creek for most of the way. Great scenery! Look for the houses. Did not see much wildlife, but it was the middle of the day. We stopped where the trail crosses Brooklin Rd., but it goes much much further than that. Trailhead: Coming from US Hwy 49. Take Carnes Rd. West. Take the right fork at Rockhill Rd. The trailhead will be down an unnamed road 0.6 mi. from the fork. There will be signs. It is on the right. The trail head is 0.7 mi. from Rockhill Rd. Quite frankly, it was a waste of time and gas just trying to find the trails THAT WEREN'T THERE. Notice: Traveling in the backcountry can be hazardous.
