Not a difficult hike but there are a few spots where you'll get a workout. Lots of small animals running and flying around which was pretty cool. If you're hiking w/ a gorup be aware of the mountain bikers. Some of them just come flying around corners or over hills and if you are crowding the trail you may get nailed. I would do it again. We hiked it this morning at 8am and there were quite a few people on bikes and some runners. We went clockwise and only the very first hill was tiring. There are a few sections where you have to jump through mud/water, but it was an enjoyable hike. We definitely did not heed the advice to go clockwise--didn't realize which trail we were actually on. Started out on Easy Street and finished with the Ridge... yowza, that was hard in 97 degree heat! Barely made it to the end, but would definitely try it again going the right way, or another one of the trails there. Hiked this trail with these directions going clockwise. Probably not a good idea to go counter clockwise as there's a pretty steep hill that would be very challenging that direction. Finishing the hike with east street trail is how to go.
