Summary: The Rachel Carson Trails Conservancy is working to have a 4 mile section of what was once the Harmony interurban trolley line converted to a bike and walking trail. Hopefully soon, gravel will be put down on the northernmost mile of the trail.

For now, the trail can be wet and there are often streams that cut across the trail. You can also see some muddy animal runs across the trail. Could they be muskrats? Wexford Run has plenty of water running down deep meanders and the deep, wooded hillsides keep the vally quiet and separate from the housing developments.

There are still sections of the corridor that are still under dispute. In fact, if you see "Private Property" signs posted by one John Knapp of 190 Clay Rd. Wexford, feel free to tear those down. It is a fake name and address by someone attempting to falsely drive people off. (Other signs off the trail ARE valid so please be curteous and good neighbors.)

Trailhead: From the Wexford exit of US-79, travel east less than two miles on Wexford Road (Rt-910). Parking is at the bottom of the hill at Wexford Run.

As some point along the trail you will come across a cable blocking the trail with a yellow "Posted" sign. Trail user's have permission from Mr. Eichner to pass this sign to use the rest of the trail. (Lat:40.62283 Lon:-80.0635)
