Summary: From the parking lot of the Starker Forest Tour, head west on Lasky Creek Road, which drop down about 200 feet in elevation int he first 1.25 miles (stay left at this main junction crossing the creek) and then you'll start an 800 foot 1.5 mile uphill climb (1.75 miles into the hike, stay left at junction) to the summit. As your reach the top of Lasky Creek Road, go left at the juction up the log road and top out at the sumit of this unnamed hill, elevation 1432. Take a rest and then start your hike back to the parking lot. Trailhead: From Corvallis, Oregon take US HWY 20 (or the Newport Hwy) west towards the coast. At Blodget, take a left of the highway at the Blodget School sign. Go about 30 yards and take a right, and then the first left as you pass the school. This is TumTum road (which runs along and behind the school). Follow TumTum road about 1.5 files (it will become a gravel road) until you see the Starker Forest Tour sign on your right. Turn right and go down a short gravel road to the parking lot. This is your starting point. WGS84 44.34.296;123.31.885 elevation is about 800 feet.
