Summary: The Richard E. McDowell Community Trail is an 10ft wide paved trail along the West Branch of Tunungwat Creek behind the University of Pittsburgh Bradford campus. It is fairly level with only some mild elevation changes passing over bridges and at the sothern end of the trail. The Fish Comission has special rules for fishing the creek that allows fishiing all year round when using artificial lures. Trailhead: From Bradford, take Route 346 west out of town. Turn left onto Dorty Lane at the University of Pittsburgh sign then right at the second turn towards the campus. Make the next left and park in the lot behind Blaisdell Hall.
