Trail Reviews Submit your own review i actually loved it! but i hadnt seen any maps so when i took the 'sunset trail' at the end i took a path thinking it would loop around, once i had been lost for over an hour and finally made it back to my car the gate was lockked, i asked the man to let me out and he treated me like i did this on purpose, like dirt, and was very rude, all i was doing was apologizing, i would never go back if i thought i was gonna get treated soo horribly. This was a great and peaceful hike. There are some personal owners that board their horses in the stable by the office and you might meet them on the lower trail, but all are nice! Wonderful views and beautiful pictures. 4/04/2006 Nice hike senic and peaceful some great views. Beware of the poison oak; this has been a "banner year" for that stuff. Other than that, it's a very pleasant & slightly rugged (steep) short hike that makes for a nice rest when reaching the much appreciated bench at the end of the Sunset trail.
