Summary: Catch orange blazed Schuber Trail in the SW corner of parking lot. It bears left just after crossing the river and follows it, then climbs past some ruins and a set of waterfalls to the right (most impressive in spring or after heavy rains). Continue on the Schuber as it turns south and passes below Rocky Mtn. You can bushwack to some excellent views at the top if desired. Continue to Bear Swamp Rd., where the Schuber trail turns right and you turn left (east) onto the road. You'll pass some falls in the woods on your right, then soon make a left onto the Yellow/Silver Tail, where you'll pass another set of interesing ruins. Continue on the Yellow/Silver past an optional bushwack to an nice view atop Matty Price Hill. Eventually the Yellow/Silver meets the Schuber. Take the Schuber to the trail marked by silver on white blazes and back to the parking area.

I enjoyed this hike and the ruins to be seen along the way. The streams and waterfalls are beautiful as well.

This is a nice hike and it's just off of Rte 17, so it's an easy drive to the trail head. The view from the hill is surprisingly good. You see a lot of people by the parking lot, but they dwindle as you head further out on the trails.
