Summary: From the Parking Lot follow the trail East. After a short ways the trail will split. Take the left. These trails are still under development, however the current ones are well labeled and easy to follow. This will be the Red Rocks Canyon Trail. It will pass an old lodge building, and a couple of lakes before turning West. At this point you should take the right turn that heads back down the canyon along the stream. The trail that goes up through the quarry has a lot more elevation gain. This trail will wander back down to where the old lodge building is and rejoin the trail you used to get there. From there simply backtrack to the Trailhead.
Trailhead: This trailhead is located just off of Highway 24 on the West side of Colorado Springs. Turn south off of 24 onto Ridge Road. The very first left after this turn will take you through a gate and into the parking lot for the trailhead. (Lat:38.85402 Lon:-104.88199)

This is an easy and enjoyable hike. Pretty scenary. I like the Section 16 trail the best. You can climb the rocks and get a beautiful view. The downfall is parking is scarce on the weekends.
