Summary: Enter the park. Walk up to the ranger booth, and pay the park entrance fee. The loop starts there, on the left side. Hike time says 3.5 hours, but take your time and enjoy the scenary. NOTE: Check the rules... dogs allowed only on the main trail and must remain on leash.
Trailhead: From Tucson, follow 22nd Street east to Old Spanish Trail. Turn south-east on Old Spanish Trail, follow to the park entrance, and turn east into the park. (Lat:32.17998 Lon:-110.73636)

The "hike" described here is actually a paved, heavily traveled road with vehicular traffic as well as bicycles. I would recommend, instead, actually hiking on a real trail - of which there are plenty in the park (just ask for a map at the Ranger Station).
