Once you reach the intersection at Frozen Lake stay left and continue on the Wonderland Trail towards Berkeley Park. You will hike through nice meadows and then continue the gentle rise to the pass at 6700ft. From here you can see awesome unobstructed views of Rainier and Winthrop Glacier with Sluiskin Mountain lurking behind you to the West. Enjoy a lunch break then climb Skyscraper Mountian if you choose before heading back on the same trail. keep a lookout for mountain goats, Marmots, and Ravens. Take some extra water on hot days in Aug as the creeks tend to dry up, and no water is available at Frozen Lake.

Drive a long mile to the park entrance fee station and in about four miles pass the turnoff for White River Campground. Continue 10 miles to Sunrise, elevation 6,400 feet.
