This is one of our favorite short hikes. It is so peaceful and beautiful. When the river is not full we have crossed over to the fall. This is where my husband proposed to me.....another reason why we love this place

I took this "trail" during one of the hottest days this past summer with my husband, 13yr old daughter and her friend. It was a refreshing treat to an unbearable day. There is also a "tubing river" nearby with plenty of intertubes to rent! Can be a fun family outing with a picnic.

This is a very nice spot to check out if you are driving between Ned and Boulder. It's hardly a hike, as you can almost see the end from the trail head, but it's a beautiful scene of the falls. I carried my son in a pack and had no trouble, however I would not try this if the ground was wet or snowy. There is one spot in particular that could be quite dangerous in un-dry conditions. We will definitely stop again.

Well, to begin with Boulder Falls its an excellent scenery for the first time visitor. Water is obviously shallow, but the falls makes it worth while. Caution steep, sharp, slipery rocks in water.

I wouldn't really considered this a hike. It is really short but the serenity of the fall is amazing. This is a tranquil place to go, when the need to get out of the city arises.

The waterfall was nice, but on the hike back to your right there's a furry plant. Be sure to check that out.

Very nice hike, but very short. Good for families. I would agree with MA that slippery rocks could make this a hazerdous hike.

A verry relaxing water fall we were all relaxed and ready for the long drive home after visiting the fall, would stop again just for the sound of the fall. and the view, verry beautyful in colorado we had a great trip taking our grandchildren when we go back.
