Summary: This trail is great for an early morning run or an after work bike ride. As the name implies the community will be here. Watch for lots of dogs, bikers and hikers. After the steep climb at the beginning, it is flat the rest of the way. Each season will bring diffferent views to keep this interesting. Caution: Some of the trail goes through cow country; so be attentive of horns, hooves and pies. Trailhead: travel south from Boulder on Hwy 93 until eldorado springs light. Turn east on marshall road for 0.8 miles. You will find parking on the south side of the road. Marshal lake is nearby and it offers some nice views. Hiked the area and then read up on it a bit...
