• Hawksbill Summit - Tallest peak in Shenandoah, nothing to see until summit, then 360 degree view.

• Kendall Trail - Upper Youghiogheny scenic & wild river (5 miles)
• Knob Mtn & Jeremys Run Loop - Dual terrain hike with mountain ridge and stream bed forming loop.
• Lewis Rocks Loop Trail - Beautiful waterfalls, long rocky ridgeline (perfect for bouldering)
• Little Devil Stairs, SNP, VA - climb up Keyser Run with small waterfalls and scenic views
• Mathews Arm - Elkwallow Wayside - Great views of Knob Mountain, spring/source for Jeremys Run
• Mathews Arm - Overall Run - Two waterfalls, strenuous decent and accent, swimming hole
• Mt Marshall trail, Shenandoah National Park, VA - strenuous, stunning views, small stream crossings
• Old Rag Mountain, VA - 1 mile rock scramble, beautiful views from peak, best hike in VA!
• Old Rag Summit Ridge Trail - THE best hike in Shenandoah National Park. Bring your knee pads.
• Old Rag Weakley Hollow Fire Road - Long and winding road, uphill hike, clean easy to follow trail.
• Paw Paw tunnel - 3/5 mile tunnel, C&O Canal
• Pike to Bike Trail - Four Lanes of Superhighway now dedicated to non-motorized traffic. (8.5 miles)
• Pine Grove Furnace to Toms Run - Nice little out and back hike along a portion of the AT
• Raven Rock Trail - Rocky trail, through rolling wooded land to a spectacular view of Cheat Canyon.
• Snake Hill - Wildlife management area along the Cheat River (3 miles)
• Stony Man Mountin - 2nd highest Peak in SNP, easy access, spectacular views
• Strawberry Hill Nature Trail - Pleasant, easy loop trail passing through woodlands and wetlands
• Sugarloaf Trail, Shenandoah National Park, VA - Easy trail, small creek crossings, great views in the winter
• The Peak, Shenandoah National Park, VA - strenuous, bushwacking, great view
• Thousand Steps - Great views along the way and at the end of this hike. Great work out also.
• Tuscarora Trail - Knob Mountain - Fairly level near-wilderness ridgeline hike; great views
• West Penn Trail-Avonmore to Saltsburg - Rail trail west from Saltsburg needs a lot of work (5 miles).
• West Penn Trail-Conemaugh Reservoir - Rail trail, four bridges and expansive wetlands. (5 miles)
• West Penn Trail-Saltsburg to Conemaugh Dam - Trail along the PA Mainline Canal and through SGL 328. (6 miles)
• White Oak Canyon and Cedar Run Trails - Looped - Numerous water falls and deep emerald green pools
