Summary: From the parking follow an old road to the top of the ridge where you will meet up with a more heavily traveled trail. Take a right (East) at this intersection and follow the old road to its end. There are several spur trails along the way, but just stick with the most heavily traveled trail. The old road comes to an end before you reach the top of Raspberry mountain. When the road ends there is a single track trail that continues north downhill at first then up the last section of the mountain. The trail will end at a large outcropping of rocks. To reach the very summit stay on the left (West) side of the rocks and head around to the North side. Climb a short section of rocky terrain. This is the summit of Raspberry Mountain. From atop the rocks you will have an unobstructed view of Teller County, Pikes Peak, the Sawatch Mountain range, the Tenmile/Mosquito Range, and more. Trailhead: From Divide Colorado head south on Highway 67 for 4.25 miles. Turn left when you see the sign for the Crags Campground and the Rocky Mountain Mennonite Camp. Drive a little over a mile up this road until you come to a switchback with a gate on the left side. Park in front of this gate. This is the trailhead. Reviewed by Aaron/Catherine on 8/25/2008 This was a fantastic half day hike. Perfect for a little get-a-way from the hussle and bussle. Easy to follow trail, until you reach the final incline. Just stick to the left and you will find your way up to the top. We went straight and got into a bouldering situation. My main recommendation is to take some bug spray with you. We both got stung by a bee and there were a lot of flying ants at the summit. Awesome, Awesome views at the top. Great spot for lunch and beauty!
Reviewed by NH on 8/26/2007 I hiked Raspberry Mountain today from Cantiberry Rd, and found it to be a varied and interesting hike, with a few tough sections, mainly due to the incline. I did come to several intersections and wasn't sure where to go. I ended up following the more traveled paths and made it all the way to the top in just over an hour. There are also a few cairns (rock pilings) to show the way, but they are easy to miss. This is a beautiful trail and definitely one that I would do again. I hung out at the top for about 30 minutes and just enjoyed the views and the warm sun.
Reviewed by Katie on 7/29/2007 A friend and I got up there around 11:30 this morning and started our adventure! We got to a three way stop and didn't know which way to go, because there were no signs pointing us in a good direction, so, a little scared (being two younger gals!) we headed back and turned onto another trail which led us to back to the campsites....but the view was amazing, and the dogs loved it! 
Reviewed by ladywarrior0505 on 7/24/2007 hiked on July 21, 2007. ok, I'm out of shape, ill health, but felt I could do this. It kicked my ass, and my poor Arctic dog, but what an awesome place. So lovely walking in deep woods on a very nice trail. lovely wildflowers, pines and Aspens. The end was a little confusing, until I noticed the trail markings on trees. They weren't kidding on the rocky terrain at the end. Wonderful view! I will do again when my health permits.
Reviewed by D & K on 7/2/2007 We hiked this on 6/30/07. What a nice hike. Our dog really enjoyed it as well. The trail wasn't crowded at all. We saw 4 groups of 4. The last climb to the summit seems to gain a lot of elevation and it gets a little tricky to follow the trail. But we made it just fine. It was nice and shaded thru most of the trail. It took us a total of 3.5 hours including a 1/2 hour lunch at the top.
Reviewed by Craig on 7/30/2006 Great family hike thru aspens, however trail is difficult to follow on the last climb to summit. 1 hr 40 mins. to summit--great alternative in summer to the overcrowded Crags trail.
Reviewed by Starla on 7/23/2006 What a nice hike! We always start our hikes with a stop at the Donut Mill in Woodland Park and off to the trail. The trail was easy to find with these directions and easy to follow. Went on Saturday July 22 with a fun group of people and only saw one other person on the trail. Spectacular view of Pikes Peak and North Catamount reservoir. I highly recommend this hike.
Reviewed by Brad on 6/20/2006 Hiked on Sunday, 18 June 2006 with a friend. No markings at all to let you know that you are on "the" trail, but if you stick to the gravel portion, you are on the trail. It becomes a little hard to follow to get to the top, but the view is awesome. 1:35:00 to summit and then we spent about 55:00 at the top resting and taking pictures, particularly of the photogenic chipmunk. Nice view of The Crags and Divide, Woodland Park also. Started the hike around 8:00 AM and only saw two other groups - one on bikes and the other hiking. Several trails spur off but they are mostly grass so it is easy to spot the main trail as it is gravel and loose stone and also looks like water runoff has eroded a cut through most of it.
